Yes, the AI will suggest a recipient that is most appropriate based on the contents of the letter. However, if you would like to change the recipient that the AI has suggested to a more appropriate one, you can override the AI’s choice.
Note: If you have anything noted under ‘Requests/tasks’ you will not be able to ‘Just File’ a letter. You should clear that table or move what is there to another table if no further action in relation to the letter.
