How to Approve AI Annotations

Approving AI-added annotations and how it works

When you begin coding a letter, there may be annotations that have already been added by the AI.

Some AI annotations are auto-approved or dismissed for you, based on actions you do to them. An example would be changing the code itself.

Otherwise, any AI-added annotations require you to approve them.

AI-added annotations that require you to either approve them or remove them, will have this symbol at the end of its row or in the flyout header.

Click on the symbol once to make it green and approve the annotation. If you accidentally approve an annotation, you can 'unapprove' it by clicking on it again.

To delete the annotation, click on the X symbol at the end of the row:
