📝 Note: This process only applies to the manual letters that were processed before collections are turned on.
Steps to take:
Download the letter from BetterLetter: When opening the rejected letter, there will be an option to download the letter for printing on the bottom right.
Process as per practice protocols: This would be your current in-house rejection protocols.
Tick the box in 'Needs Processing': It will then be marked as processed, this will then remove it from the queue.
