Steps to take:
Download the letter from BetterLetter: Open the rejected letter and select the Download / Print button in the top right corner. The letter opens as a PDF in a new browser tab, where you can print it or save it. Learn more about printing and downloading letters. Make sure to delete any downloaded letters and empty your recycle bin so that all patient data is removed from your device.
Process as per practice protocols: This would be your current in-house rejection protocols.
Tick the box in 'Needs Processing': It will then be marked as processed, this will then remove it from the queue.
Tip: To speed up the process, you can bulk download all current letters in the rejected folder by ticking the 'Select all' box in the top left corner of your screen. When this is done, your letters will be downloaded as individual files saved within a single folder.
