New Feature: Introducing the “Other Letters” Tab

Written by Sarah
Updated over 3 weeks ago

We’ve added a new ‘Other Letters’ tab at the top of BetterLetter, alongside Annotations and Patient History.

If there are any closely related letters to the one you are currently viewing, the ‘Other Letters’ tab will be underlined with a symbol next to it to alert you.

When you click on Other Letters, you’ll be taken to a page that shows all letters for the patient in the BetterLetter app.

If there is another letter that is a potential duplicate, you will see this icon appear next to it.

If there is a letter that is potentially related to the same clinical incident, you will see this icon.

You can click on a letter to open it in a new tab.

This update makes it easier to identify duplicates, maintain accurate records, and use other letters as helpful references during coding.
