When you are billed by BetterLetter, you will receive a PDF invoice by email.
To set up direct debit for your payments, follow these steps:
Open the PDF invoice you received by email.
Click “View and pay online now”.
3. You will be taken to a secure payment page. Under ‘More ways to pay’, choose ‘Direct Debit’.
4. Fill in the form to set up your direct debit payment details.
Once you have set up direct debit payments
Your future payments will be collected automatically.
You will still receive invoices each month for your records, but you won’t need to take any action to pay them. You will also receive a notification from GoCardless confirming that the payment will be collected via direct debit.
How do I cancel my direct debit payments?
If you want to cancel your direct debit, you can do so through your bank.
