Why Tasks Look Small in Docman (and how to fix this)

You may notice that when tasks are returned to Docman from BetterLetter and opened, that the document appears very small rather than displaying at a readable size. This is due to your Docman settings and is easily fixable!

The Solution

To ensure documents open at a readable size by default, users should update their viewer settings (this will only need to be done once).

Once you have done this, documents will automatically open at an appropriate size, removing the need to manually zoom in each time.
