There are two ways to find a specific patient letter on BetterLetter.
Option 1: Lookup the Letter ID
You can search by letter ID using the search bar in the top left corner of the Letters page. You simply type the letter ID into the search bar, press enter, and the letter will be opened for you.
Option 2: Filter by Patient
You can use the patient filter to search for letters relating to the patient either by using their name or their NHS number.
Note: If you leave all of the other filters blank, it will pull any relevant letters for the patient that have come through the platform to-date.
