How do I sign in?
Steps to sign in for the first time:
Your practice admin will have invited you to BetterLetter.
You'll receive an email with a secure link. Click on this and follow instructions to reset your password.
Go to app.betterletter.ai/mailroom and sign in as normal. You’re now logged in!
Didn’t receive an email or your link doesn’t work?
Click on ‘Forgot password?’ and enter your email address. You will be sent an email to set up a new password for yourself.
If you still haven't received an email, ensure your practice admin has set up an account for your email address.
